Implemented Solution

General Description: We developed a cloud-based solution, based on microservices, that enables seamless and efficient integration of hotel products with major distribution channels using pull and push techniques. This solution facilitates real-time updates of room availability, prices, and automatic reservation management, significantly improving the operational efficiency of the client.

Technologies Used: Java, Spring Boot, microservices, cloud technologies (AWS), NoSQL databases for real-time availability management, and queueing systems to ensure message delivery and synchronization between systems.

Key Features: The solution incorporates artificial intelligence to optimize real-time pricing allocation, process automation for inventory and reservation management, and high availability and scalability due to its cloud architecture.

Results: The implementation of this solution resulted in a 20% increase in inventory management efficiency, reduced errors in reservation synchronization, and an increase in end customer satisfaction due to the accuracy of availability and prices offered.
